Over forty heads of Human Resource Management (HRM) from all government Ministries and Departments had to abandon all files and shut down their computers recently to get updates, share experiences, seek guidance and even simply, to interact with each other and with officers from their mother Office in a day-long session held at the Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC), in the Capital, Lilongwe, on October, 29, 2024.

Lilongwe, December 5: President Lazarus Chakwera says his government is geared to transform and create a conducive working environment for all civil servants in order to achieve meaningful public service delivery to the people across the country.
